All returns can be started by going to the Orders & Returns page as seen in your dropdown menu. Find the recent order containing the product that you wish to return and you will see several buttons on the right hand side that represent various actions that you can take for that product. If you see a button for Initiate return then that product is currently eligible for a return. This button will disappear when the return window closes.
Before jumping to start your return, keep in mind that we have an amazing group of American-owned and local businesses that pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service and are by far the most knowledgable in regards to their products. We strongly encourage you to click Contact seller first for a potential resolution that may save you time from mailing the item back and give them an opportunity to impress you with their service. However if you find that you must return the item, you will see the Return items button available where you may start the return process if you are still within the return window.
Once you have clicked the Return items button, follow the on-screen directions and answer any questions needed in order to process your return. Please note that given our generous return policy, it is mandatory to be completely honest, select a return reason, and provide a brief explanation that details the reason for the return. While the seller is not able to refuse a return for any reason, our sellers are eager to obtain any information that they can to improve their customer experience and your candid information will assist in this matter.
