Unreturnable products
Some items on Rivly are not able to be returned for various reasons. This unreturnable status will be displayed on the specific product page to inform the shopper before purchasing an unreturnable item. For a seller to not allow a product to be returned, it must be a decision that has been agreed upon by both the seller and the Rivly team. However, keep in mind that if your unreturnable item arrives and it damaged or defective, this qualifies as an exception to this policy and the item can be returned/refunded.
The following are some of the products that may be unreturnable on Rivly:
- Live insects
- Opened or downloaded software
- Grocery items
- Personal care items
- Health products
- Jewelry
- Pre-paid game cards and gift cards (except as required by law)
- Any item that does not have a readable barcode
- Hazardous materials
- Custom products with personalization
- United membership subscription
