Why was my account suspended for return abuse?

Rivly has a generous return policy by automatically authorizing all returns without any further charges to the customer. This path was chosen because the clear majority of our customers are honest, provide great feedback, and contribute to our ecosystem. However, as with any generous policy, there are some that choose to abuse the system and there needs to be protections in place to limit this risk.
In addition to tirelessly tracking metrics for our sellers to make sure that we hold them to the highest standards, we also track metrics for our shoppers and returns are one of these metrics. Rivly is built with features to promote honesty and integrity for both sellers and shoppers. For this reason, shoppers that are found to be repeatedly abusing our generous return policies outside the norms of our community will risk being permanently banned from our platform.
