How do I track my packages?

In order to see the status of your orders and to track any packages that have been shipped, please go to your Orders & Returns page once you are logged into your Rivly account.
Find the particular item that you are looking to track, and as long as the status of the item confirms that it has already shipped, you will see a Track this package button next to your order which allows you to see the current location of your package.
For even more detail, most shipments in the package tracking screen will have a link to the carrier site where you can be provided with additional options.
Keep in mind that while it's uncommon, some items may not have tracking information, especially for a low priced item (less than $10) where paying additional for tracking would ultimately require sellers to raise the asking price, and we want to ensure the best prices possible for our customers.
