At this time, items for sale on Rivly are only available to be shipped to the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii. We do not allow shipments to other US territories and freely associated states (coming soon) or internationally to foreign countries.
Shipping Times & Rates
All prices seen on Rivly include free standard shipping which is delivery in 3-5 business days for orders within the continental US. Deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska will incur a shipping charge of $7.99 per seller in cart plus $1.99 per item, and take 3-7 business days to arrive. Seller also have the option to offer upgraded express shipping on a per item basis. The cost for an express shipping upgrade is $1.99 per item for the continental US. Orders being mailed to Alaska and Hawaii do not have express shipping available at this time.

*Sellers may choose to use media mail in place of standard shipping for qualified items (typically books, music, and video media).
Seller Handling Time
The handling time for the seller refers to the period of time that occurs after your payment method has cleared until the time that the seller confirms the package has been shipped. This time is one of the factors in determining your estimated delivery date. The handling time for most sellers is only 1 business day but it can be faster or slower depending on the product availability and the settings pre-defined by the seller.
Estimated Date of Delivery
The estimated date of delivery is dependent on several factors including the proximity of the delivery address to the origin of the shipment, handling time defined by the seller, and shipping speed chosen. In addition, shipping carriers today count Saturday as a delivery day. Our estimates are purposely calculated to err on the conservative side so more often than not, you will receive your package before the estimated delivery date.
E.g. Product purchased with standard shipping on Wednesday with a seller-defined handling time of 1 day; Item should be handed over to the carrier by Thursday and will arrive Monday to Wednesday of the following week depending on proximity to the origin of shipment.
Rivly tracks a wide variety of metrics on our sellers (including shipping) and holds them to the highest standards of service. If a seller is found to repeatedly violate our expectations, they will be removed from our platform. However, we also rely on our faithful community to help us in creating the best shopping environment possible.
