If at any time you wish to close your account permanently, you can submit a request to us by contacting support through email ticket creation or live chatting with us. On your instruction, we will permanently delete all of your information and account details.
Please note that once your account is permanently closed, you will not be able to access it or any of its information. This includes all reviews, rewards, order data, United membership, and any status will be forfeited among others. You will, however, be able to create a new account as long as your account closure was not the result of any punitive action.
